What is StoreFoundry exactly?

Simply put, StoreFoundry is a platform that allows merchants to setup a store online in a very simple and intuitive process. Setting up a store is free and all the heavy lifting in terms of payment processing, order fulfillment, products promotion and delivery is handled at no cost.

What do I need to sign up?

All you need to provide us is your name, phone number, your store name, a list of products you wish to sell along with their details (name, description, unit price), your store's description and location. That's it.

Since the setup is free, how do you charge merchants for using StoreFoundry?

Every service provided by StoreFoundry comes at no cost. We only take a 6% commission fee on each order placed so we only make money when our merchants sell items.

When a customer buys something, how do I get my money?

When a customer buys something from your store, we act as the middleman. We will pay you upfront for the customer's order and take care of clearing the purchase directly on the customer's end. You don't have to worry about delays in payment.

How does WorldWide Shipping work? How much does it cost to ship a package to the US or to Canada?

We deliver our packages internationally using DHL. Using DHL, we are able to ship and track packages to any country for a reasonable cost. However, please note that there isn't a fixed shipping cost per country because the shipping estimate is calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the package.

What payment options are available?

We accept various payment options through ExpressPay. Customers can use their bank cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express or use mobile money to pay for their orders with these two options.
